add a new list through abp://

It would be nice to use abp:// protocol.
For example, therefore I could add list abp://subscribe/?location=http://www.niecko.pl/adblock/adblock.txt&title=PLgeneral
from site: http://www.niecko.pl/adblock/
or is there any other way to add a list subscription by yourself?
