Block custom elements, like in NoAds

I still use NoAds cause it have such feature. Can you add smth similar?

Exclude URL Option

Somtimes i don't want to run adblock on a custom site. In this situation exclude url option could be nice? I hope i wrote what i want to say... PS: I'm sorry for my weak English.

Unfortunately, Opera AdBlock uses Opera internal filter and the current API does not allow me to add exclusions. Until Opera adds this feature, I can't offer this option. In the meantime you may right-click on the page > "edit site preferences" > "content" and uncheck "enable content blocking". These instructions have been added to version 0.28.

List updates failed behind a proxy

I'm behind a company proxy, and all list updates failed. Does the extension uses standard HTTP protocol for list updates, and if so, does it uses the proxy configuration of Opera ?

Opera AdBlock uses standard AJAX requests which Opera should normally send through any proxy that is set. Please make sure the proxy is set for both HTTP and HTTPS.
I will further investigate this issue.

Unfortunately, Opera doesn't allow whitelisting for extensions at the moment but this is already planned as soon as it is possible.

The current Opera extension API does not allow extensions to place their button elsewhere. As soon as Opera allows it, I will offer the option.

Won't save change.

Strange interaction with Tumblr

I have a strange problem using Tumblr with this extension. When I press the icon "like" on my dashboard, the page automatically moves up. The problem disappears when I disable adblock opera.

You can disable the Gmail ad blocking feature completely by unticking "Remove Gmail ads" located in "More" > "Website specific blocking". The normal lists seem (here) to block correctly the ads in the new interface without the need of any special hack.

Does not work for me. Using opera 11.11 in xp sp3

Can check nytimes.com or cnn.com and tell me if you see ads on those websites, as perhaps the ads on website you are referring to are not blocked by the default list. You can also try installing the latest beta version: goo.gl/yCHui

I will investigate this. Try disabling content blocking on the HTTPS version as well (Opera stores the preferences for web pages separately for the HTTP and HTTPS version).

Runescape doesn't collapse ad space

When going to runescape.com, the ad is gone, but there is still an empty space where the ad is supposed to be which collapses fine in the Firefox version. No biggie, just an issue to fix when all the others are fixed.
