Doesn't Blocking Gmail's Top Ad

I'm using Opera Adblock's gmail blocker.
Almost all gmail ads are gone but still top ad is staying there...

To disable top ads, simply turn off "Web Clips" from the Gmail settings page. I didn't remove them since some people actually use and enjoy Web Clips.

I thought they're normal gmail ads.
