Does not work for me. Using opera 11.11 in xp sp3

It does not block anything. Im using the latest stable 0.44, opera 11.11, no others adblock installed.
test page (others like noads multilingual and fixed can block these ads)

Can check nytimes.com or cnn.com and tell me if you see ads on those websites, as perhaps the ads on website you are referring to are not blocked by the default list. You can also try installing the latest beta version: goo.gl/yCHui

Tested again, it workd with cnn and nytimes, but not with other type of adds, another example:
http://www.lazypalace.com/dont-think-that-these-are-natural-landscapes/
With the various adblock clones with fanboy list can block these links
this kind of site with thousands of links to other pages with photos, slow down time-load of page

Can you try installing manually the Fanboy list and see if the issue still appears. If so, please report the problem on Fanboy website.

After some search, I find the problem, those ads need to be blocked with and "external script blocker", as manually installing the Fanboy list actually does nothing with these sites n_n
